Drunk driver crashes into city bus in Klagenfurt

A 50-year-old man from Klagenfurt drove through a red light late Tuesday and crashed into a city bus, ORF reported. No one was injured.

The collision happened at about 11.30 p.m. as the man was driving along Luegerstraße towards Villacher Straße. He crossed the road despite the red light and hit the bus travelling on Villacher Straße. The bus was driven by a 56-year-old man.

Both vehicles were damaged. Police said the driver tested positive for alcohol. His driving licence was confiscated and he will be reported.
