Driver causes extensive damage in Ellmau after multiple crashes

A 66-year-old driver caused several crashes and extensive property damage in Ellmau, in the Kufstein district, on Wednesday evening, ORF reported.

At about 7 p.m., the woman was driving on a municipal road when she hit several parked cars, a house wall and the porch of a music pavilion. She also drove over a traffic sign.

No one was injured. The woman refused to take a breathalyser test, and police confiscated her driving licence at the scene.

She will be reported to the Innsbruck public prosecutor’s office and the Kufstein district authority for several offences.
