Migros recalls Alnatura salad seed mix over possible salmonella

Migros has stopped selling Alnatura’s organic salad seed mix after a possible salmonella contamination prompted a precautionary recall, SRF reported on Friday. The product was sold in all Migros cooperatives and through Migros Online.

The recall affects Alnatura Bio Salatkerne Mix, GTIN/EAN 4104420230538, with best-before dates from 3 June to 13 July 2027. Other batches and best-before dates are not affected.

Customers are asked not to eat the affected product. Possible symptoms after consumption include fever, diarrhoea and stomach pain. Anyone who develops these symptoms should consult a doctor.

Customers who bought the product in a Migros store can return it for a refund. Migros Online customers will be contacted directly by customer service about reimbursement.
