Styrian plant manufacturer Andritz aims to increase revenue to 10 billion euros by 2029, the company said in a statement on Tuesday, according to ORF.

The company is targeting revenue of between 8 billion and 8.3 billion euros for the current financial year. Chief Executive Joachim Schönbeck said Andritz was well positioned and looked positively to the future.

Andritz expects growth to rest on three pillars: decarbonisation, digitalisation and customer service. Schönbeck said the company was focused on rising demand for renewable and electric energy, the expanding circular economy and advancing digitalisation.

The group sees particularly attractive opportunities in the energy transition and the worldwide increase in electricity demand. It plans to maintain its strategy of making acquisitions and its dividend policy, which targets a payout ratio of 50 to 60 percent.

Andritz supplies equipment and services to industries including pulp and paper, metals and hydropower.
