Police help revive 82-year-old after emergency in Graz

An 82-year-old man was resuscitated after a medical emergency in Graz’s Wetzelsdorf district on Saturday, ORF reported, following a coordinated response by police and rescue services.

Police and rescue crews were called at about 10.30 a.m. The crew of the C12 rescue helicopter and officers from Graz-Eggenberg police station worked together at the scene. Police officers performed chest compressions.

After about half an hour, the man’s pulse returned. He was taken to Graz-West Hospital.
