Police in Graz are searching for an unidentified man who allegedly exposed himself to two nine year old girls near Grünangerpark, ORF reported. A similar incident was reported in the same area in late August.

The latest incident occurred on Monday at about 2:30 p.m. According to the report, the man pulled down his trousers near the playground and briefly exposed his genitals in front of the girls. He then fled on an electric scooter towards Puntigamer Bridge. An immediate search was unsuccessful.

A similar incident allegedly took place on 25 August at about 4:30 p.m., although it was reported only several days later. In that case, an unidentified man allegedly asked another nine year old girl whether she wanted to see something before pulling down his trousers and briefly exposing himself. He then ran away.

Police said they could not yet determine whether the same man was involved in both incidents. The suspect in the latest case is described as about 30 to 35 years old, with dark hair and a short black beard. He was wearing a backwards cap, a grey T shirt and green and black shorts. Police said the purple electric scooter was particularly distinctive.

The suspect in the August case was described as about 30 years old, with black hair and a short dark beard. He was reportedly wearing glasses, a black T shirt and cherry coloured trousers.

Anyone with information about either incident is asked to contact Graz Liebenau police station on 059133/6588. The police should be called immediately on 133 in the event of current suspicious activity, particularly around children.
