Bilderbuch announces 2027 concert at Linz Cathedral Square

Austrian band Bilderbuch will play Linz’s Domplatz on 7 August 2027 as part of the Klassik am Dom concert series, ORF reported. The show, in front of Mariendom cathedral, will bring the group back to a large open-air stage after a run of smaller, unusual performances.
The band described its current development as a period of change and realignment. It pointed to musician Mizzy’s departure and the addition of Uche Yara as lead guitarist in its live line-up as factors in that shift.
Recent shows included three “Pay As You Wish” concerts at Vienna’s Flex venue and an exclusive performance in Berlin around an album release. The band said it had focused on being close to its audience at those shows.
