A crash involving seven cars disrupted morning traffic on the A7 in Linz on Tuesday, leaving two people slightly injured, ORF reported. The collision happened between Franzosenhausweg and the Linz junction.

Two cars collided shortly after 6 a.m. Five vehicles approaching behind them then each crashed into the car in front, according to motorway operator ASFINAG. Three vehicles had to be towed. No further details about the injured people or the cause of the first collision were initially available.

The traffic jam on the A7 reached the Dornach exit, and drivers at one point faced delays of more than an hour, ASFINAG said. The queue also affected several access roads in Linz.
