Kraftklub announce 2027 concert at Munich’s Königsplatz
Kraftklub will perform at Munich’s Königsplatz on August 14, 2027, as part of a newly announced tour, German broadcaster BR reported on Thursday. The Chemnitz band’s “Das war ja keine Phase” tour will also visit the RheinEnergie Stadium in Cologne and Hamburg’s Volksparkstadion.
Advance sales for the Munich concert will begin on September 16, 2026.
The band’s concerts have grown larger from tour to tour. This year, Kraftklub performed at Berlin’s Wuhlheide and Munich’s Olympic Hall. The newly announced tour will take the group to even bigger venues.
In a video on Instagram, Kraftklub present the different musical and fashion phases of their career, from their 2012 number one debut album “Mit K”, when college jackets defined their look, to their fifth album, “Sterben in Karl-Marx-Stadt”, associated with an all-white style.
The band says the next tour will be its “East German eras”. It marks the next phase of Kraftklub’s career as they move towards becoming a stadium band.
