Two injured after cars collide near Eisenstadt

Two people were injured when two passenger cars collided on the B50 near Eisenstadt on Thursday afternoon, ORF reported. The crash occurred towards Wulkaprodersdorf, before the entrance to the S31.
The accident happened at about 3.15pm. The Landessicherheitszentrale said one person was seriously injured and another suffered minor injuries. The cause of the collision is still being investigated.
The Eisenstadt city fire brigade said on Facebook that the crash occurred during a turning manoeuvre. The B50 was briefly closed while the accident was being investigated, according to the fire brigade.
