Nothegger Transport Logistik GmbH, based in St. Ulrich am Pillersee, has submitted a restructuring plan proposal to the court, ORF reported on Monday.
The proposal offers creditors a payout of 20 percent. The company’s management is seeking an agreement with its creditors.
According to the Credit Protection Association KSV1870, insolvency administrators have so far recognised claims worth around 24 million euros. Creditors have registered total claims of about 60 million euros, and KSV1870 said further claims worth millions could still be accepted.
The insolvency administrator, Wörgl-based HRR Rechtsanwälte GmbH, has continued operating the business with nearly 200 employees since March 2026. KSV1870 said the administrator had faced major difficulties keeping the company running immediately after insolvency proceedings began because of its precarious liquidity situation, but had brought stability to the business in recent weeks and months.
KSV1870 said it would be difficult or impossible for the company to generate the proposed payout from its ongoing operations alone over the next two years. Binding commitments from third parties will be needed, potentially from an investor or through the sale of property owned by a sister company.
The future of the company’s 200 employees therefore remains uncertain.
