Tilisuna wins Austria’s most beautiful place vote

Tilisuna in Vorarlberg has been voted Austria’s most beautiful place in the ORF contest “9 Places – 9 Treasures,” ORF reported. It is the fifth time Vorarlberg has won.

Riegersburg in Styria placed second, followed by the Rax cable car in Lower Austria. Viewers chose the winner from nine finalists, one selected for each federal state from three candidates.

Lower Austria won last year with the Mariazellerbahn. Vorarlberg has now secured five wins overall, more than Styria, which has won three times. Vienna and Burgenland have never reached the podium.
