Eisenstadt property company enters insolvency with 35.8 million euros in debt

Insolvency proceedings have been opened against simpliimmo Eins Immobilienentwicklungs GmbH, a project company based in Eisenstadt, with liabilities of about 35.8 million euros, ORF reported.
The proceedings were opened on Monday at the Eisenstadt Regional Court. The company owns a commercial property in Vienna-Brigittenau. No employees are affected, but the insolvency involves 21 creditors, according to KSV1870.
The company says it plans to meet the terms of a restructuring plan through continued operations and rental income. The plan proposes a 20 percent repayment within two years of creditors accepting it. KSV1870 said it is now examining whether the plan is feasible.
