Vorarlberg ski areas raise day and season ticket prices

Skiing in Vorarlberg will cost more this winter, with fixed adult day tickets in the main season rising by about three to six percent from last year, ORF reports.
The Arlberg remains the most expensive area. Its day ticket will cost 85 euros, up from 81.50 euros last season, an increase of 4.3 percent.
In Warth-Schröcken, the price will rise from 75 euros to 79.50 euros, while a day ticket for the Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal ski area will cost 72.90 euros, up 6.1 percent.
Adult day tickets in Damüls-Mellau will cost 75.50 euros, an increase of 4.1 percent. At Diedamskopf, the price will be 70 euros, up 4.5 percent. At Bödele, between Dornbirn and Schwarzenberg, a day ticket will cost 48.10 euros, 3.4 percent more than last season.
Sonnenkopf and Laterns-Gapfohl have not yet published their prices for the coming winter.
Dynamic prices in Montafon and Brandnertal
Silvretta Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Kristberg and the Brandnertal cable cars will continue to use dynamic pricing rather than fixed day ticket rates. Prices depend on the booking date, weekday, season period and demand.
A day ticket for Silvretta Montafon currently starts at 51 euros in the online shop. A Green Ticket including travel by public transport costs 60.60 euros. On December holiday dates, the current price for a day ticket booked now is 73 euros. Last year, the price reached almost 90 euros on a peak day.
Tickets for Brandnertal will be available to book from the end of September, according to the resort’s website. From the 2026-27 winter season, the Brandnertal cable cars will offer only their own products for multi-day tickets. This will not affect season and annual pass holders, whose tickets will continue to be valid in both Montafon and Brandnertal.
Season passes also become more expensive
The 3TälerPass will cost 682 euros in advance until December 13, compared with 660 euros last year. The price will then rise to 775 euros. The pass is valid in 38 ski areas in the Bregenz Forest, the Great Walser Valley, the Lech Valley, the Allgäu and the Rhine Valley, as well as in the Laterns Valley and Klostertal.
The WildPass, valid in Montafon, Brandnertal and Walgau, will cost 777 euros when bought in advance by December 8, 5.3 percent more than last season. From December 9, it will cost 1,010 euros.
The Ländle Card, valid in 30 Vorarlberg ski areas, Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal and Balderschwang in Germany, will cost 1,122 euros at the standard rate, compared with 1,079 euros last year. The advance price until December 8 will be 959 euros.
The Arlberg season pass remains the most expensive. Its standard price will rise from 1,223 euros to 1,272 euros. An advance purchase from November 27 will cost 840 euros.
