Berlin man dies after e-bike crash in Leogang

A 64-year-old man from Berlin died after falling from his e-bike on a cycle path in Leogang in the Pinzgau region, ORF Salzburg reported. The crash happened shortly after noon on Friday for reasons that remain unclear.

Witnesses immediately provided first aid and alerted emergency services. The man died at the scene despite resuscitation efforts by an emergency doctor team and the Red Cross.

Police currently rule out third-party involvement.
