Woman dies in head-on crash in Kohfidisch

A woman died after two cars collided head-on in the built-up area of Kohfidisch in Oberwart district on Friday morning, ORF reported.

One driver died at the crash scene, according to the fire brigade and police. The driver of the other car suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital in Oberwart.

The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.
