Two women attacked at Vomp market festival

Two 21-year-old women were physically attacked at a market festival in Vomp, in Tyrol’s Schwaz district, on Saturday, ORF reported. One suffered several facial fractures, while the other sustained minor injuries, police said on Monday.

The attack happened at about 11.30 p.m. near the Landjugend umbrella bar during the Vomp market festival. Police said the suspects were two unidentified women who looked very similar and asked for witnesses.

The suspects were described as aged between 16 and 18, about 1.55 to 1.60 metres tall, slim, with long, straight, dark hair and a dark complexion. They spoke German.
