Bachler Immobilien enters insolvency with €21 million in liabilities

Bachler Immobilien GmbH, a property management, brokerage and development company based in Söll in Tyrol’s Kufstein district, has entered insolvency proceedings at the Innsbruck Regional Court, ORF reported on Wednesday.

The company’s liabilities amount to around €21 million, according to creditor protection association KSV1870. A creditor filed the application to open the proceedings.

Reasons for insolvency not yet confirmed

There was initially no verified information about the reasons for the company’s financial collapse. The causes will be investigated in cooperation with the insolvency administrator, KSV1870 said.

The company had reportedly already ceased operating during the previous two months. It was founded in 2009.
