Police find 14-year-old with 1.4 per mille at bus stop
A 14-year-old boy was found heavily intoxicated at a bus stop in Regau on Saturday evening, with a blood alcohol level of 1.4 per mille, ORF reported. Police also found his same-age girlfriend, who was not intoxicated.
A police patrol came across the two teenagers lying on the ground at the bus stop at about 10 p.m. The girl, from the Vöcklabruck district, said they had been to an ice rink in Vöcklabruck and later drank several liqueurs at a friend’s home. She complained of circulation problems.
Paramedics gave the boy first aid, and both teenagers were later handed over to their parents. The boy will be reported to authorities.
