Police have arrested two men in Villach on suspicion of drug trafficking, ORF reported. A 68-year-old German man is accused of selling drugs worth tens of thousands of euros.

Police seized 175 grams of heroin from the man in mid-September during an immigration-related official check. He also admitted possessing a further 100 grams of cocaine, which witnesses said he had offered for sale near a petrol station in Villach, police said.

During a court-ordered search of a 30-year-old suspect’s home, police found three handguns. Investigators also suspect him of aggravated coercion, forging specially protected documents and suppressing evidence.

Both men were transferred to Klagenfurt prison on the order of the Klagenfurt public prosecutor’s office.
