Four escape injury after car hits A10 guardrail

A car carrying four people crashed into a guardrail on the Tauern motorway (A10) shortly after the Pongau interchange early Sunday, but all occupants escaped injury, ORF reported.

The vehicle was carrying two adults and two children. When emergency crews arrived, it was stopped in the overtaking lane.

Firefighters from the Pongau communities of Werfen and Pfarrwerfen secured the scene and cleared the wreckage. The operation ended after about an hour and a half, and the motorway was fully reopened.
