A 35-year-old woman drove into an oncoming car and continued without stopping in Feldkirchen on Sunday morning, ORF reported. A breath test showed she had more than 1.6 per mille of alcohol in her system.
The woman, from the Feldkirchen district, was driving on the B95 Turracher Straße towards Turrach at about 6:30 a.m. Shortly before the junction with Ernst-Schwarz-Weg, her car sideswiped an oncoming vehicle. She then struck a kerb several times, damaging her left front tyre, and could not continue driving.
Police seized her driving licence and will report her. The 45-year-old Romanian driver of the other car was not under the influence of alcohol. Nobody was injured.
