Schitter reappointed for five years as Energie AG chairman

Leonhard Schitter, the former head of Salzburg AG, has been appointed for another five years as chairman of Energie AG Oberösterreich, ORF reported.
The Salzburg native will also continue to oversee the Upper Austrian company’s minority stake in Salzburg AG.
The 59-year-old lawyer previously served as a personal adviser to ÖVP state governors Katschthaler and Schausberger. He then spent 10 years on the board of Salzburg’s state energy supplier.
