Four-year-old injured in Eugendorf traffic accident

A four-year-old boy was injured in a traffic accident on a residential street in Eugendorf, Salzburg, on Thursday afternoon, ORF reported.

Initial findings indicate that the boy ran from a driveway onto the road. A 30-year-old driver from the Vöcklabruck district immediately braked hard but could not prevent a collision.

The Red Cross provided initial medical treatment before taking the boy to Salzburg University Hospital. A breathalyser test on the driver was negative.
