Searchers find missing 91-year-old on mountain summit

ORF reported that a 91-year-old care-home resident who went missing in the Bregenzerwald region was found unharmed on the summit of the Geisskopf on Friday afternoon.

The woman was reached by phone at about 2:30 p.m., but could not say where she was. Phone tracking narrowed the search area to about one kilometre. Mountain rescuers also used a drone before finding her near the summit cross at about 5 p.m. She was slightly dehydrated but otherwise uninjured.
