Swiss Post plans to cut up to 110 positions in management and support functions, SRF reports. The company says the move is intended to reduce costs and secure the long-term financing of its public-service mandate.
Where required, Swiss Post will carry out a consultation procedure, the company said on its website.
Customer services and employees working in operations will not be affected by the cost-cutting measure.
