Woman without licence causes crash in Klagenfurt

A 35-year-old woman without a valid driving licence crashed into a small transport van in Klagenfurt on Monday afternoon, injuring its driver, ORF reported. She also refused an alcohol test.

The woman had been travelling through the city with her 71-year-old mother when the van slowed before a junction because of traffic. The 20-year-old van driver was taken to Klagenfurt Hospital with injuries of unspecified severity.

Both women were uninjured. Police found during the crash investigation that the 35-year-old did not hold a valid driving licence.
