Three teenagers injured while making pyrotechnics in Rosenheim

Three teenagers were injured while handling chemicals for pyrotechnics in Rosenheim on Saturday evening, with two suffering serious injuries, BR24 reported.

The incident occurred in the Aising district of the Upper Bavarian city. Police said two of the teenagers were taken to specialist clinics. A rescue helicopter was also deployed.

It remains unclear what the teenagers intended to do with the substances or exactly how the incident happened. Police are investigating.
