E-bike rider injured in collision with light truck in Kirchbichl

An e-bike rider was injured in a collision with a light truck in Kirchbichl on Thursday, ORF reported. The 66-year-old German cyclist was flown by rescue helicopter to a clinic in Innsbruck.
The crash happened at about 1 p.m. The light truck was travelling south on Grattenstraße, while the cyclist was heading towards Loferer Straße.
Police said the cyclist suffered injuries of unspecified severity. Both vehicles were damaged.
