Truck driver allegedly overlooks cyclist in fatal Thalgau crash

A 32 year old cyclist died after being hit by a truck while turning left at a junction in Thalgau, Salzburg, ORF reported.
The crash happened early Friday afternoon at the intersection of Plainfelder Straße and Salzburger Straße. Initial information indicated that the 56 year old truck driver may have failed to see the cyclist as he turned.
The woman suffered fatal injuries. Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
